This is a 1-dose treatment. Most women do not get complete relief of their symptoms in just 1-Day. Most women get some improvement in 1-Day

complete relief by 7 days. If you do not feel some relief within three days, or complete relief within seven days, stop using the product
and
consult your doctor.
INGREDIENT NOTE: The active ingredient in 1-Day (tioconazole 6.5%) is not the same active ingredient found in MONISTAT® 7, MONISTAT® 3
